I keep this list in my purse and pull it out when I'm in the grocery store stuck for an idea of what to make ...

Italian stir-fry: meat with stewed tomatoes and sliced peppers over rice
Anti-pasta salad
Minestrone soup
Meatball sandwiches
Chicken parmesan

Make your own tacos
Mexican soup
Taco salad
Enhanced nachos

Fried rice
Broccoli, walnut and chicken stir-fry
Pot stickers

Baked potatoes and toppings
Lettuce salad with fruit
Lentil soup
Split pea soup
Red beans over rice
Fritta or quiche
Waffles or pancakes
TVP or refried bean tacos and burritos
